Position: US IT Recruiter

Job Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time

Interview process: 2 rounds of phone interview + 1 face2face*.

*Note: Face2Face is applicable only for local candidates. And this will
happen once the eligible candidate will be shortlisted for hiring.


Experience required:
----------------------------

2 - 5+ years of US IT Technical staffing/recruiting experience is required.

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes,
interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and
responsibilities till joining of candidates.)

Must have good understanding and experience on end2end US IT recruitment.

Must be willing to work in night shifts (UST - Eastern Time Zone).

Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth
goals.

Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.

Diploma Holders / Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree preferred.



Key skills required:
--------------------------


Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts (a qualified
recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any
technology).

Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process
(for Contract & full-time positions).

Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling,
Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.

Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099
and
corp2corp).

Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.

Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.

Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing
resumes in quick turn around time.

Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.

Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of IT positions.
That’s
why understanding on technologies is very important.


Responsibilities:

Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients'
requirements.

Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.

Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and
recruiting.

Should be capable of hiring candidates without job-boards.

Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turn around time for
timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each
requisition.

Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting,
Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.

Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team
members on a regular basis.

Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given
responsibilities.
