1. Have at least 1-2 Yrs of experience in modeling frameworks such as
Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to solutions.
2. 1-2 yrs of designing and deployment using Lombardi BPM.
3. Hands on technical experience including programming using JavaScript
required for IBM Teamworks
4. Hands on technical experience in the areas of process flow, business
logic and user interface using IBM Teamworks
5. Have exposure to BPEL/SOA/BPM/J2EE(Web Services)
6. Knowledge of business concepts such as key process indicators, service
level agreements, metrics and reporting
Java
* 4-5 yrs of hands-on experience on Java development
o Knowledge and hands-on experience of following.
o Core Java programming
o Webservices/SOA development
o Multi-threading
o Java Messaging frameworks
o Working with XML
o Database programming in Java
* Knowledge and hands-on experience of design patterns and algorithms
* Very good communication and willingness to work with user's directly.

* Good knowledge of Clearcase
* Building applications for clustered environment
* Building high performance and available applications
* Experience of building infrastructure related projects
Job Description
The person will be part of the team building Cloud Engineering platform.
He/she will be responsible for building automated solutions in IBM teamworks
integrating with SOA web services and client proprietary tools/frameworks.
