* This person should be a senior technologist with 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with multiple medium to large scale projects * Experience leading a team of developers on a large scale project. We would prefer experience with leading a distributed team involving offshore and onshore resources. * Expert technical knowledge of Weblogic Portal 10.3.x and Oracle UCM * Strong technical knowledge of Spring framework (core and MVC), Oracle database (SQL and PL/SQL), JQuery, Javascript, HTML, XML, and JSR 168 portlets * Strong communication skills.
