Position: Business Analyst, Revenue and/or Asset Planning Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Billrate: OPEN+ EXPENSES (airfare/hotel/food/ car // H1b’s OK // Duration: 12 months with extension likely Client: TIAA-CREF (investment firm - one of our best repeat clients) The following position is budgeted/approved. Make sure you get the Right to Represent for each candidate in case of conflicts. The role, as we are calling it, is a Business Analyst, but with a very specific area of expertise. We are looking for someone with budgeting experience in Revenue and/or Asset Planning - assumption they would have worked in the Finance industry. They do not have to know Hyperion Planning, but that would be a BIG plus. This was one of the roles that we were questioned on, about the caliber of person we would bring in, so they need to be pretty solid. We are looking for this person to be able to offer best practices on budgeting for Revenue and/or Asset Planning, and to work with the client to extract and document their current process so we can convert it over to Hyperion Planning. We might have a candidate internal at Midtown, but wanted to open it up to get the best of the best, so to speak. For the BA role, software is not important. I am needed someone to assist in strategy on budgeting (best practices kind of thing) We will convert that in to "hyperion speak" :) MUST be professional and have excellent comm. skills Please let me know if you need more information.
