Location: Westport, CT Duration: 12 Months Positions: 1 Rate: DOE QA Lead *Description/Comment:* • Act as the quality partner to our technical leadership, evaluating their process and their products for high quality, and alerting them to issues and opportunities for improvement • Lead a team to define test approaches, incorporating manual, automated, black-box, white-box, performance, load, and security testing as appropriate at each development stage • Assess your team’s skills, verifying the right people are working on the right projects, with the right tools, and verifying that their work is complete and accurate • Mentor that team to achieve potential they didn’t know they could achieve • Design documentation to support testing and operational support of our technologies and ensure it is developed and maintained accurately • Synthesize testing results and other measures into meaningful reports so technical and business stakeholders can make informed release decisions • Identify ways to make the entire quality process more efficient and effective.
