Location: AZ **or CA* *Duration: Long-term* Candidates in AZ or CA are ideal. Travel can be expected to not exceed 10% (depending on home location) with reasonable expenses to be reimbursed by Client. *POSITION PURPOSE:* Working as a member for the Testing and QA Automation Team, this role will support IT projects by assisting with the planning of testing, preparing testing plans and scripts, and gathering defect and testing data to analyze and make recommendations for improvement. *MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES* · Ensure technology solutions meet requirements and perform up to quality standards. · Consult with project teams to help them understand scope and size of their testing needs · Implement standards and mentor project teams on testing plans, test cases and scripts · Administer testing tools and mentor project teams on their use · Create, collect, and archive testing documentation. · Implement Quality metrics strategies and analyze data to make recommendations for improvements *QUALIFICATIONS* · 5+ years experience as a test manager or senior level analyst · Strong knowledge of Healthcare Provider domain · Strong knowledge of testing methodology and techniques. · Experience in building and implementing testing and QA processes · Experience in gathering and analyzing data for measuring process effectiveness and recommending improvements. · Ability to identify key functionality and create test plans to determine proper coverage. · Ability to understand business and technical impact to apply Risk Based Testing concepts · Strong knowledge of HP Quality Center suite of products · Excellent documentation skills · Knowledge of SDLC and defect management practices. · Excellent communication skills · Excellent organizational skills · Exposure to test estimation & configuration management. · Experience participating in requirement and code reviews *KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS* The key working relationships of the position include*:* · Testing/QA Manager · Applications Manager · Applications Support Team · IT Program and Project Managers · Billing Office Managers and staff If you have any questions please feel free to call me. * * Thanks & Regards, *Arun Chandupatla.* *Hallmark Global Technologies Inc. * Direct: 302-525-4225 Mailto:* *[email protected]* * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
