Knowledge of ADOBE PDF print forms and their integration with SAP ABAP Webdynpro. Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Working knowledge of SAP CRM middleware. Knowledge of SAP CRM Web UI programming (Optional). Knowledge of SAP BSP programming (Optional). Well versed in using Solution Manager. Well versed in using HP Quality center. Have familiarity with pharmaceutical related business processes. *Experience Required:* Around 5 - 7 yrs of SAP ABAP CRM experience (Any Pharma experience will be add on) Experience in SAP CRM 7.0 and R/3 ECC 6.0. Experience in Procure to Pay and Order to Cash areas. Working knowledge of SAP CRM ecommerce application. *Roles & Responsibilities:* Provide technical support including attending user calls. Provide resolution of defects found during testing for the test cycle for SD/MM/CRM/ WEB Order management/ E-commerce related technical issues. Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis. *Generic Managerial Skills:* Able to plan/track tasks/activities. Report progress/challenges to Project Manager.
