*Title: Oracle Sql with web based architecture* Location: Farmington, MI Duration: 6 months *PURPOSE OF POSITION:* Contribute, as part of the Data Team, detailed design, coding and testing for Oracle based applications using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL in a Solaris environment. * ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:* ·Experienced in Oracle 9i/10g/11g RDBMS ·Capable of working on multiple projects, multi task in a fast-paced environment ·Excellent written and oral communication skills ·3+ years experience as an Oracle database developer ·5+ years experience with SQL/PL/SQL ·Experience in Web-Based Architecture required ·UNIX shell scripting experience required ·At least 1 year Logical/physical database design experience ·Familiarity with TOAD / SQL Navigator ·Experience with Oracle performance tuning techniques highly desirable ·Auto finance or banking industry experience highly desirable ·Java/J2EE experience highly preferred ·Knowledge of how IT systems work together to meet business needs ·Knowledge of XML/XSL/XSLT technologies preferred ·LDAP experience a plus ·Other RDBMS experience (MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc) a plus ·Experience with BI Tool sets (IBM Cognos, Business Objects) a plus. ·Knowledge of Oracle Application Express preferred. *----------------- Regards, Austin Vinsai, Inc.
