Job Description: Solution Manager – Mid Level The SAP Solution Manager candidate will provide expertise to define, build, test and deploy E2E solutions following known best practices using Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1. Engagement: 6 Months Duration: March 1 – August 30 Job Requirements: Ø Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience Ø Minimum 3 years in a lead/coordination role driving the process definition, tool integration, implementation planning and rollout as well as on-going user support and training of Solution Manager. Ø Knowledge of SAP project methods (ASAP etc.) including general project management principles and IT project life cycle methodologies Ø Experience customizing and modifying SAP Solution Manager as part of Product Life Cycle Management; in at least 3 of the following areas: o Solution Documentation / Custom Code Documentation o Change and Release Management (ChaRM) / Quality Gate o Root Cause Analysis (RCA) o Central Job scheduling, documentation and Monitoring o System landscape monitoring o Business Process Monitoring o Project Management (Implementation / Upgrade) o SLA reporting o Incident Management / Helpdesk o Testing / connectivity to HP QC o cProjects / RPM Ø Full life cycle development experience Ø Knowledge of SAP backbone support structure (OSS, SDN, Enterprise support model) Ø Strong written and oral communication skills Ø Knowledge of industry standard tools Ø Ability to multi–task & support multiple priorities / multiple deliverables Ø Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Ø Aptitude for trouble–shooting and problem–solving Ø Strong understanding of software development principles and Software life cycle Ø Provide functional expertise, coaching, training to users and various stakeholders a must.
