Role & Responsibility: To gather inputs form the project managers and publish the weekly status reports to a wiki page Create, update and manage the templates for Status report, Minutes of meeting, Slide decks, Ops reviews Etc Organize crucial project meetings and capture and publish the minutes of meeting Prepare the presentations as per the needs of Project Managers of various projects Prepare and maintain P2R portfolio roadmap Follow up and gather details for Ops reviews, metrics, status etc Key Deliverables/Objectives: Responsible for the collection and collation of project requirements in the context of Oracle Finls modules : Payables, iExpenses, iSupplier, Purchasing, iProcurement Development of technical/solution(Functional System/Technical Design Documents) project documentation Communicating between theatre team Members, IT and Business Theatre management. Ownership of specific Project Lifecycle stages and their associated deliverables. Working closely with Business partners to understand current requirements and future needs. Development and communication of project and portfolio status reports. Ongoing involvement in team meetings and events Required Skills: Should have 8/10 years of experience in IT projects coordination/Management Should have outstanding communication skills Should have high level knowledge and understanding of Oracle Financials Should have Excellent skills in preparing Microsoft Power Point Presentations Should be well conversant with Project PLC and phases Should have Excellent skills in creation and maintenance of Wiki Experience & Education: IT/IS Related Degree Technical background Worked in a project environment or on a number of projects Exposure to SDLC and systems engineering discipline Programming competence (knows and understand programming concepts) 8+ years industry experience Thanks & Regards, Nagesh, Zip Logic LLC.
