This is a contract-to-perm position, so the candidate must have *EAD, Green Card, or Citizenship to be considered.* *Onsite Interview in Miami REQUIRED after phone screen.*** Please see the pertinent details below: *Position:* Java Developer *Length:* 3+ Months *Location:* Miami, FL *Rate: DOE* * * *Key Experience/Qualifications:* * * - 3+ Years Java Development - Identity Management software (Oracle preferred; any acceptable) The *Java - OIM Developer* will interact with all internal departments and contribute to the success of enterprise-wide initiatives. We need someone who understands how to create and maintain custom solutions at an enterprise level and who has worked on Identity Management projects. - Support and maintain existing corporate applications and work on projects such as Identity Management using the Oracle Identity Management suite of tools - Produce appropriate documentation (including application workflows, etc) and deliverables for the functionality mentioned above - You will work along-side a team of Software Architects and will work within a framework development environment - Be part of a dynamic team environment. Work in a fast-paced, team environment with industry leaders - Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs). On specific projects, you will work closely with SMEs designing new integral solutions focused around custom needs - Be an integral part of the Identity Management project and provide knowledge transfer where applicable *Requirements:* - At least three to five years of solid Java development and database management knowledge are required - Must have 3+ years experience and a proven track record of working in mid to large scale environments - The developer must have previous experience with hands-on, commercial-grade web application development experience - Some kind of Identity Management experience is required.
