This is a 12 Month Java contract in Lexington MA- Must come for a F2F
Interview. We are targeting $55-$60/hr we can go higher for a great
profile. Must be strong with Eclipse, Hibernate and spring.
EXPERIENCE AND RELATED SKILLS
• 7+ years overall programming experiences
• 5+ years Java programming experience with complex, tiered,
high-availability, Java/J2EE -based Internet applications that
includes a combination of Java, JavaScript/jQuery and AJAX;
• Strong background in web development and web services
utilizing J2EE technologies that include a combination of
SOA/XSL/XSLT/HTML/DHTML/XPath/XML schemas, Struts, Spring, Hibernate,
SVN, Eclipse IDE, and Tomcat/Oracle application server;
• Experience with ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, web-based software
development and the Microsoft .NET Framework
• 1+ years experience with web services and WCF
• Exposure to TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP
• Proficient with building applications based on relational databases
• Experience and familiarity with frameworks, Build systems,
and data mapping technologies
• Should have experience in design, development,
implementation and deployment of web enabled
(eCommerce/Internet/Intranet) applications (i.e. web-site design,
development)
• Effective communication is a must
• Object Oriented Design (OOD) and Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Broad experience with a range of programming languages;
• Strong software architecture, implementation, technical
lead, project management, and problem solving skills; and strong
technical and accurate work estimation skills
• Knowledge of reporting, data analysis and forecasting algorithms
• Experience with reporting tools, particularly LogiXML is a major plus
• Exposure to environments with continuous integration,
automated testing and agile software development a plus
Computer Science degree. Masters degree a plus
