Two of these positions will be a 6 month contract and the other will be a 6 month contract-to-hire position. Please begin sending qualified candidates as soon as possible. Client will conduct a ½ hour tech screen initially, then provided all goes well, the candidate will stay for the one hour behavioral interview. These will be held at the client site. On the contract positions we can likely do them via teleconference.. PURPOSE The Quality Assurance Analyst will be the lead in executing both manual and automated test cases for integrated system cycles. The Analyst will work with the different business domains to formulate and execute policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Create and maintain test cases and test suites for integrated system testing. 2. Assist with acceptance testing as directed by QAIII Lead. 3. Analyze documentation in the form of agile story cards and/or requirement/functional specifications in order to create test cases based on the acceptance criteria. 4. Attend product demos and occasional stand-up meetings for development teams in order to develop expertise in functional testing. 5. Create and manage story cards to ensure acceptance criteria is testable. 6. Report and research defects from integration testing. Communicate findings to appropriate business units. 7. Assist in developing and/or modifying procedures. 8. Follow applicable QA policies and best practices. 9. Work with QAIII and SCM/Build Engineer to manage different QA environments in preparation of integration testing. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education, Training and/or Experience Preferred bachelor's degree in computer science but will accept 4 year degree with relevant experience. Must have 2-4 years of Quality Assurance or systems experience. *Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics* 1. Must be familiar with QA testing methodologies. 2. Prior experience using QA software (e.g. Quality Center, Quick Test Professional or TestComplete). 3. Must be detail oriented. 4. Must have strong Windows OS skills. 5. Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. *Job Description 2* Quality Assurance Analyst II 6. Strong oral and written communication skills. 7. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. 8. Must be able to adapt quickly to change. 9. Ability to write SQL queries in Oracle or SQL server is a plus. 10. Prior application development knowledge a plus. Certifications, Licenses, registrations None PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prefer 3- 5 years systems experience either in development, analysis or testing.
