*Oracle Functional Test Lead- Global Chart of Accounts (COA)/Financials * Duration: 6 months
Location: San Antonio, TX Rate: +expenses Skill & Job Description Seasoned Oracle Functional Consultant with hands-on experience with Oracle 11i, R12 Financials. Role will focus on testing the functional aspects of implementing a Global COA (Chart of Accounts) on release 11i. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - Design/Develop/Execute Test Cases(scripts) focused on Oracle ERP 11i Chart of Accounts conversion and its surrounding dependencies. - Ensure accuracies of test cases to business process(es) - Ensure test execution and defect management - Ensure testing of required reporting (internal and external) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/ABILITIES - Significant prior experience in COA design (structure, values, maintenance), testing in a global Oracle GL context for global manufacturing firms. - Deep understanding and expertise regarding the relationship of reporting req's (internal mgmt and external rptg) to COA definition and design. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, etc) - Significant experience with the Oracle ERP implementation lifecycle/process. - Very strong generic skill set around testing..eg. process, tools, standards, etc. - Very strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Experience Level 10 years or more experience. **- Someone to coordinate the testing of all the base financial apps (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, INV, PO, and project costing), plus all of the testing of the RICE elements. They will need to coordinate the writing of test cases and oversee the running of the tests through several iterations.
