*Title:                TFS Support Consultant*

*Client:              CAI*

*Location:          Allentown, PA*

*Duration:          3 Months*



*Position Description/Responsibilities:*

Over the past two years our Client has been using Agile practices to
implement projects.  These projects have been using Visual Studio 2008 and
TFS 2008 as their application lifecycle management (ALM) toolset.  This
toolset needs to be supported and new features need to be brought on line in
order to maintain the existing user base and keep up with new demand.



*Goals and Objectives*

Adoption of *TFS* *build* *server* into code promotion process

Support the use of build scripts

Integrate execution of build scripts with current change management
application

Provide *support* for *TFS*

Day to Day technical support

Help support initiative to pilot TFS 2010 on 1 or more projects

Provide project teams with training in basic source code management and ALM
features

Train resource to take on TFS Technical Lead role

*Assess current migration strategy from TFS 2008 to TFS 2010*



*Schedule & engagement details*

3 month engagement

Start Date: March 1st or sooner

End Date: June 1st

40 hours per week

On site is strongly preferred

Combination of remote + on-site  will be considered

Resource will work on deliverables listed below.  All deliverables listed
below might not be completed during 3 month engagement, and new deliverables
will be added at the discretion of Project Manager (PM).

Every week the PM and resource will agree to deliverables to be worked on.

Status of deliverables will be tracked by resource on a weekly basis.

Completion will be reviewed and signed off by PM on a weekly basis.

Block of Hours (still respond to RFP even though you may be not staffed deep
enough to support this)
