*PeopleSoft Scheduling Analyst * Location: Providence, RI
Duration: 12+ months Rate: $65 Inclusive Start: Immediate Responsible for management and control of all aspects of the scheduling, transmissions and reporting of the HR Solutions operational workload. *Responsibilities:* • Design and maintain the production schedules and methods, setting up scheduling guides to ensure that workloads are run correctly and on schedule, with the minimum of supervision • Ensure that changes to normal schedules and all adhoc workloads are subject to change management procedures; Liaise with HR Solutions Service Transition team with regard to change management activities for changes to schedules and transmissions • Coordinate the execution in the appropriate environment of all agreed adhoc workload requests with BIS team or HR Services; Separates transactional processes and reporting from the production environment; and place strategic processes and reporting to the reporting environment. • Monitor, analyze, review and report metrics on all scheduling and transmissions on a periodic basis • Process as a Service Request, adhoc requests for re-transmissions or scheduling changes • Liaise with business groups and 3rd party vendors with regard to user requirements for workload, altering of schedules or change in transmissions.
