J2EE EJBs
RDBMS/SQL
OO Concepts
Multi-tier web architectures
XML
Strong Plus:
Hibernate
Web Services
PHP
Experience in CMS
Microsoft SQL Server
stored procedures
index strategies
transactions
Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
Development Methodology:
Iterative development, somewhat waterfall with agile build cycles
Team Dynamics:
1 PM, 1 tech lead/engineer/web developer, 1 web developer, 2 contractors
Larger project includes other teams for a total of 10-12 technical .
