*Location: Baltimore, MD* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Responsibilities* - The qualified candidate will support the Office of Quality Performance in building a new *Geographic Information Systems (GIS)* application to visually display management information from SSA field offices, regional offices, and Congressional districts. * * *Requirements* - Experience developing new applications - Demonstrated experience with the *ESRI toolset*, including but not limited to *ArcGIS 10* (9.3.1 is okay) and *ArcSDE*. - Experience with *Google Earth, Google maps, *and* BING maps* - Integrating data from *SQL Server 2005/2008* into the *GIS* - .NET development experience * * *Education and Certifications:* - *Degree *or *certification* in *GIS* or related technical field. Candidate must possess *11 years* experience with a* Bachelors degree*.
