Hi… Let me know if you have any consultant for the below position. *Microsoft Exchange System Engineer * Location: NJ Duration: 3-12 months *Hiring Manager is looking for senior level consultants who have done engineering and architecture in larger organizations. He is looking for someone who has done work across data centers and other large company environments.* Description/Comment: Seeking an experienced System Messaging Engineer to design, develop and implement Enterprise Microsoft Messaging Solutions in an existing environment. The candidate will be required to understand related disciplines such as network, storage, security, and disaster recovery planning. Responsibilities Reviews and documents existing Enterprise Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Office Communication Server Environment including developing engineering diagrams. Evaluates and tests software upgrades for Microsoft Exchange Servers, Office Communication Servers, and Blackberry Enterprise Servers. Documents upgrade process and provide support during implementation. Develops the process to test and implement new software features and products that strengthen the Messaging infrastructure, security and end-user client experience. Provides Level 3 support for Microsoft Exchange Server & Client (Outlook Anywhere, OWA), Blackberry Enterprise Server, and Office Communication Server (OCS). Reviews and documents existing Enterprise Mobility environment. Analyzes and recommends platform improvements where applicable. Proficient with VMWare products including: VmWare Workstation, ESX Server, vSphere Proficient with Apple and Window Mobile devices. Proficient with mobile operating systems: Android, Apple IOS, Blackberry, Windows Media, and Palm OS. Knowledge of MobileIron server is a plus. Required Qualifications Min 8 years experience as Microsoft Exchange Admin (experience with 2007 & 2010) including architecting/designing Microsoft Messaging Environments. Experience with VMWare & Microsoft Windows operating systems. Familiarity with implementing mobility solutions including Blackberry Enterprise Servers. Excellent oral, written, and project management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. Strong troubleshooting skills and an understanding of time management.
