*Role: JAVA TECH LEAD * *Location: Nashville, TN* *Job Type: contract* *Duration: 6 -12 months* *Rate: Open* *REQUIREMENT:* · Set up and Lead a team of 5 to 10 members (EXPERIENCE LEVEL ATLEAST : 8+ Years) · Possess very good analytical skills · Be accountable for timely and quality deliverables during the transition and operational phases of the engagement. · Strategize and plan for support activities in multiple simultaneous applications · Should be a proactive and high energy individual with the ability to quickly build rapport and gain the confidence of client management as well as the team. *Technical Skills: * · Java / J2EE Development experience · Create web applications using primarily Java, spring, and other open source technologies. · Understanding of web application architecture . · Experience with Hibernate. · Knowledge of relational databases and SQL preferably MySQL , Oracle, or DB2. · Experience with creating or using UML,Use Case diagrams. · Experience with Web Services Experience with Java servlets. · Experienced with agile development approaches like SCRUM Experience with Object-Oriented methodologies. · Experience with automated testing utilizing Junit. · Strong people skills (resource assignment, assuring quality of work, planning, estimating, etc) in-depth knowledge of design patterns . · Lead and mentor junior team members. · The demonstrated ability to learn and acquire new technologies as needed. · Excellent communication skills . · Java/J2EE , Servlets, Web services, Xml, Hibernate, Jdbc ,Spring, Sql, Junit, UML, use cases Thanks and Regards [image: cid:[email protected]] Sajid.
