· 3 to 5 years (minimum) of Software Engineer/Development experience
specifically with ASP.Net Web Applications that use SQL server for
persistence
· 3 to 5 years of HTML/CSS development experience · 2 to 3 years
(preferred) of experience working in a consulting environment
· Full software development life cycle experience on web facing
applications
SKILLS · C# using Visual Studio 2008 or 2010 · Advanced [X]HTML, JavaScript,
CSS 2/3 development
· Advanced JQuery skills and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
· Experience with integrating back-end services with HTML applications
· Experience reading and translating functional requirements, wire frames,
page flows, screen visualizations and treatments into working code
· Familiarity with mobile web development
· Familiarity with PHP is a plus · Ability to accurate interpret
business/functional requirements into software design, patterns and code
· Solid development experience with client side programming technologies
including AJAX-based implementations
· Solid understanding of software engineering methodologies and design
patterns, iterative and rapid application development concepts · Knowledge
and experience integrating dynamic and static data from web services and

· Overall system workflow development · Custom code development (including
3rd party apps) · Search setup and deployment · Lead all of the CFTC's
Intranet Implementation tasks, including all CMS development tasks ·
