Location: Chicago Duration: Rate: open *Job Description: * We presently are using JIRA in the Online Business Unit (OBU) Operations team. We presently have two projects created. The first is for our ops center to report issues and bugs. The second project is setup for Change Management. At present these two projects are not interacting with each and they need to be. *Goals:* 1) Evaluate the present schemes of the Site Ops and Change Management projects and make sure they are as efficient as possible. 2) Optimize the overall construct and performance of the Site Ops and Change Management projects so it can be as automated as possible for approval signatures. 3) Incorporate a development component so a bug entered in the Site Ops project can be called upon through the Development team and flow into the Change Project to confirm its arrival into production at any time. 4) Incorporate an RCA component into both the Site Ops and Change Management projects so we can monitor the RCA and ensure it is being actioned. 5) Explore options on email notification for content, and the abilities of smart intelligent routing to signing authorities. 6) A complete understanding of JIRA Reporting is required for each of these projects and the RCA and Development tracking pieces.
