Please make sure they are available immediately before submitting the resumes to us ... *) *WEBSPHERE PORTAL DEVELOPER(JSR168/286 Portlets) LOCATION : WARREN - NJ DURATION : LONG TERM ( More than Year Project ) KEY SKILLS : * Websphere Portal Developement , JSR 168 / 286 Portlets , Implementation experience WPS. 1.Over 4- 6 year of IT experience with over 3 years experience in IBM WebSphere Portal . 2.Experience in working on version 6.x is a definite plus. 3.Experience and ability to understand the business requirement and convert them into detailed technical requirement after complete analysis is a must. 4.Ability to create design artifacts, interact with demanding customers, interface with other teams in customer place, providing daily summary updates to the lead should be some of the basic attributes. 5.The applicant must have the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical associates and to present plans and ideas in front of a group. 6.Prior hands-on experience in coding with Java, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, JSP, HTML/XHTML, JSR 168 / 286 and RAD. 7.Should have worked on either Struts or Springs or any of the popular frameworks. 8.Experience in working with off-shore development teams a plus. Excellent knowledge of Software Development life cycle. 9.Good written and oral communication skills with sound problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills along with strong analytical and organizational skills is a must.
