Change Management Project Manager Loc: US-IL-Chicago Job Description: The Change Management Manager will be responsible for managing the change effort related to the updates being made to the specialization model at client including the conversion of industry alignment into the specialty hierarchy. The change effort will cross multiple stakeholders including human resources, career counselors, and employees across geographies and business entities. A primary focus of the change effort will be reaching employees in creative ways and ensuring we have articulated clear 'What's in it for me' messages. Skills Required: . Journey management, change management, and communication/training, and change readiness skills . Experience project managing large change efforts . Knowledge of HR organization .
