Position: SOA Developer Duration: 6+ months (probably a lot longer than 6 months)
Rate: DOE Los Angeles area Need Locals Here are the job duties: · Design and implement transactional and data management services driven by SOA standard · Work with mgrs to define, schedule tasks and manage deliverables. · Work to contribute to promotions and adoption of service oriented architecture and its implementation methodologies · Bring improvements to new service platforms and development methodologies · Mentor and train less experienced developers to increase resource sizing · Work with the business to understand business processes and produce effective solutions Requirements: · Minimum of 5 years of development experience of using Microsoft platform, and have demonstrable experience in developing distributed software systems & solutions using Microsoft (.NET/C#/WCF/T-SQL), and messaging protocols like as SOAP, REST, WSDL and/or WADL. · Hands-on experience of designing and developing multi-tier distributed systems and service driven API’s. · Have sharp analytical abilities, effective problem solving techniques, proven design skills and a solid track record of on-time delivery against tight timeframes. · Capable of dealing with cross-team dependencies, rapid schedules and a constant evolving business environment. · Able to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities and tasks at same time, with minimum guidance. · Take pride being accountable, take ownership of outstanding issues, and establishes a high level of credibility with others in the organization. · Must be an effective communicator, presenting facts not feelings and balancing business goals with engineering goals. · Must be proactive, motivated and able to work in teams. · Have a BS preferably in engineering or computer science<http://tbe.taleo.net/NA7/ats/careers/requisition.jsp?org=GREENDOT&cws=1&rid=455##>or relevant experience in technologies listed. · Experience working with the business in defining technical solutions. · Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - good at documenting technical designs, specifications and reports. *Thanks and Regards, *** * **Jaspal** **e4Site, Inc. d/b/a Visionaire** **3290 E.
