Experiencing building rich web-based UI applications based on Java, JSP, HTML, DTML, JavaScript 2. Very strong emphasis on JSP, JavaScript and Java programming. 3. Around 6 - 8 years experience as a software developer. 4. Minimum of 5 years experience in Java development, with an emphasis on front-end and middle-tier 5. Core JSF 6. Good SQL skills and ability to understand database relationships 7. IDE: RAD 8. Core Java *Strong Plus:* 1. WebSphere Portal / Application Server 2. Experience with DOJO, JAX-WS 3.
