Job Location: Austin, TX Duration: 12 months RATE:$44 ON C2C Job Description: Act as IT liaison to Business by developing business requirements, supporting prioritization, proposing potential solutions. Strong analysis skills with Sales & Marketing domain knowledge is key Develop technical solutions to include development, documentation, testing, and collaboration with developers, following prescribed change methodology. Experience in testing background (writing test plans, test cases, etc). Solve problems by troubleshooting in the system and analyzing processes. Translate the business requirements into product requirements technical requirements. Coach/mentor/train staff as required, including power user training and coaching. Highly organized self-starter with an eye for detail who can maintain multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. Entrepreneurial, flexible attitude with ability to work well in ambiguous, changing situations and reprioritize work accordingly.
