They strive for elegant solutions but respect the need for reasonable business constraints. They have a passion for coding that has led them to participate in open source or experimental side projects in their free time. They get really excited when they find a new method or tool that makes them a more productive coder. *Position Requirements/Technical Skills:* Experience with REST, Spring, & Grails are big pluses.
