Duration: 1+ Year (Contract)
*Description:*
Ø Responsible for overall* QA delivery and financials* across multiple
technology teams
for a project in global collaborative outsourcing model
Ø Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies
to ensure projects
are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business and quality
expectations
Ø Serves as the primary point of contact for technology vendors engaged on
the project
*Required Skills:*
· Minimum 14 years of *QA delivery experience in Onsite-Offshore
model*
· Can do attitude, proactive and customer centric
· Experience with project planning, data gathering and financials
· Experience working with dynamic * QA leads and managing
across* functional
resources and vendors
· Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, on
multiple projects concurrently
· Experience with core banking application,Financial industry,
mortgages, Loans,development and technology delivery
· Track record of establishing and fostering a positive, productive
team culture
· Understanding that the TDM’s role is to enable and facilitate QA
solution delivery versus task or document completion
(‘block & tackle’ for the team instead of ‘check boxes’)
· Comfortable working closely with Client project manages, Business
Analysts, stake holders, developers as well as senior management.
· 15 + years of solid experience in service or product industry;
must have true “technical chops”
*Desired Skills:*
· Former Banking, financial application in service industry is a
plus
· Banking project management experience is nice to have**
