This is a large project within AFM (Agencies, FPPD, and Marketing). The focus will be on providing leadership in operationalizing the strategy through creation, organization, and documentation of procedures, process flows, templates, etc. Required: polished/professional leader able to communicate and influence at
manager and director levels; proven process design leadership; experienced in
managing ambiguity; independent worker; strong documentation skills; ability to
focus on both the strategic and the tactical.
