Main responsibilities: Lead, Coordinate, Author, Execute System Installations and Upgrades that includes scheduling and coordinating with other sites/resources to rack and stack servers, create IQs (installation steps), coordinate IQ dry runs, coordinate and perform actual IQs, post review IQs and IQ doc archiving. Other responsibilities include coordinating and troubleshooting system and configuration issues with System Owners. Skills and experience: . Good Experience authoring System Installation and Administration Guides . Good Experience in configuration/administration of Siteminder, LDAP, AD systems in a Solaris and Windows environment . Good Knowledge of Software and Architecture Design . Good Knowledge of UML diagrams, specifically Deployment Diagrams . Exposure to RUP/Agile Methodology . Experience working in a Regulated (FDA) environment . Excellent oral and written technical communication skills. .
