*Max C2C Pay rate: $60/hr* *Location: Sacramento, CA* *Application Development – Senior Programmer/Programmer*** 1. Must fully train and conduct full knowledge transfer to technical developers on all aspects of the upgrade from PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 to PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 2. Must fully assist in the upgrade of current PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 to PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and assist in the management/transition as needed, of customizations of the software per HR and IT requirements and the HCM 9.1 software 3. Must follow ITSB technical standards and requirements. 4. Must follow ITSB policies and procedures. 5. Must thoroughly transition and train the identified ITSB staff who will be maintaining this newly upgraded PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 solution. 6. Must have strong interpersonal skills and follow Core Values *Instructor* 7. Must train and conduct knowledge transfer to technical developers on upgrade from PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 to PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 8. Must follow ITSB policies and procedures. 9. Must develop user friendly and thorough training materials such as quick reference guides, Computer Based Training, training guides, for use by staff. 10. Must develop technical administration training/reference documents for the administration of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 upgrade. 11. Must develop a technical Maintenance and Operations manual for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 upgrade solution. 12. Must thoroughly transition and train the identified ITSB staff who will be maintaining this newly upgraded PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 solution. 13. Must have strong interpersonal skills and follow Core Values. 14. Registration: The training vendor is to accept trainee registration from client in an electronic format compatible with the Learning Management System. 15. Trainee Evaluations: The training vendor must provide information to client on the trainee attendance and trainee rating or grading. This information is to be provided in an electronic format suitable to client Developer: 1. Must be technical subject matter expert with PeopleSoft Human Resources version 8.9 and PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and have upgrade experience. 2. Must be technical subject matter expert with PeopleSoft Time and Labor module. 3. Minimum 5 years as a PeopleSoft Developer 4. Must be technical subject matter expert regarding PeopleTools 8.5X 5.
