Gathers basic information to be used as input for project documents. *REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:* • Responsible for working with users, reviewing and resolving data issues, documenting reporting/dashboard/KPI requirements, as well as quality assurance of Digital Business Intelligence components. • Interacts with business partners as directed, usually answering basic questions and has basic understanding of current systems • Assists in the preparation of project documents • Compiles and summarizes basic organizational and process information from the business partner, including a basic understanding of business terminology • Adheres to IT standards and processes • Assists with preparation of presentations and demonstrations • Performs routine data collection tasks and participates in requirement gathering/collection • Obtains basic understanding of project scope • Assists in the creation of training documents/materials and supports business partners’ training sessions • May perform some of the duties of an IT Software Engineer and/or IT Quality Assurance Analyst *Technical Skills:* Minimally posses PL/SQL experience, MS Access and Excel.
