The Genesis application is in the Retail Group, it does sales and service tied in to wealth management, small business, investment, merchants and all the areas they touch. They need a Siebel 7.8 developer with strong eScripting and Configuration experience (ideally 4 years min). eScripting is the key skill set. This is an area that must show on the resume and can speak of in great detail. This is a heavily integrated environment. Currently on 7.8, didn’t start the upgrade yet.
