May be in future we can get in touch. * **Role :** SAP FICA Consultant* *Location : Seattle; WA* *Duration : long term* *Skills & Description:* *Job Description for FICA Onsite consultant* · Knowledge on the following FICA business processes: · Reconciliation reporting between FICA and FIGL. · Payment processing · Return Payment processing · Customer Refund processing – cheque and/or electronic refund. · Record, monitor and release of customer Security deposits (cash or non-cash) · Interest calculation · Automated or individual account write-off of uncollectible balances. · Collective billing · Ability to carry out Collections activities like: · Installment plans / payment arrangements. · Deferral of due dates on open items (i.e. invoices). · Recording of customer “Promises to Pay”. · Evaluation of success of collection strategies. · Evaluation of success of customer promises to pay. · Automated collector work-lists creation based on collection strategies. · Management monitoring of the status of collector work-lists activities. · Creation of Dispute cases via back-office (i.e. FICA) or front office (i.e. IC-Web) roles. · Submissions to external collections agencies * Thanks & Regards, Bhageerath| Sr. Resourcing Specialist SYSTEL INC.
