Description :

Must Haves: 
- Windows O/S (good to have Unix/Linux background, but not necessary) 
- C# .NET 2.0+ (desirable .NET 3.5 or 4.0) 
- WinForms / WPF (XAML) (Please note that, no VB.NET or AJAX/ASP.NET/Web 
Services/WCF experience will be considered) 
- Experience with third-party UI components (e.g. DevXpress WPF 
Data-Grid/Docking libraries, Janus Data-Grid) 
- TDD (MSTest/NUnit/NMock/RhinoMock) 
- Design Patterns (e.g. GoF) 

Desired (or given high-priority with): 
- Experience with Expression Blend 
- PRISM 4.0 (WPF/Silverlight Modular Framework) 
- Unity (Dependency Injection Framework) 
- Experience with building communication protocol(s) library (e.g. Tcp/Ip, UDP, 
Named Pipes) 
- MS Enterprise Library 5.0 
- Silverlight 4.0 (this is not going to add any advantage to the candidate if 
he/she doesn't have PRISM/Unity experience; but a nice-to-have).
