*Duration : 1year* *Rate : $70/hr * Facilitate developing functional specifications based on security requirements that can be used to implement the SESIS security architecture. Perform design and development work for Federated Identity and Web Services Security for SESIS. Support the overall implementation of the SESIS solution. Support the development of an Operational Data Store (ODS) and integration with legacy systems in areas of Data Security. Perform as technical expert in the design, development, coding, documenting, testing, and debugging of Federated Identity Management solutions for SESIS Coordinate implementation activities between the SESIS project team and DIIT Security Team. Mange actions, issues and risks associated with the implementation of the Security plan. Monitor and communicate status of the SESIS Projects activities related to security. Ability to work with the technical team and users to understand the business requirements for security and ensure the user requirements also meet the federated identity management requirements. Conduct security reviews with user management and DIIT security team. Coordinate with the venders and sub-contractors to ensure the SESIS project security meets the federated security requirements. Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Federated Identity Management solutions. Federated identity and Web Services security concepts such as SAML, Shibboleth, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation and WS-Security. Experience in competing Identity Management products is a plus. Single Sign-On architecture experience with products such as Oracle Access Manager, CA SiteMinder, Sun Access Manager (OpenSSO) and IBM Tivoli Access Manager. Expertise with WebSphere products (WMQ, WMB, WAS, WSRR) and Tivoli products (ITIM, ITAM, TFIM) is a plus. Experience implementing message flows utilizing MQ and/or HTTP transports. Knowledge of SOA-based security is a plus. Knowledge and experience in WS standards including WS-Security. Experience implementing messages (XML, XSD, XSL, and XSLT) and Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, and UDDI). Expertise in various security fields including access control, authorization, identification and authentication, public key infrastructure, network, and enterprise security architecture is required. Experience developing complex multi-dimensional enterprise architectures and ability to understand and design solutions that consider integration of heterogeneous environments and systems is essential. Demonstrate experience applying security risk assessment methodology to system development, including threat model development, vulnerability assessments, and security risk analysis. Coding security and monitoring applications in procedural programming languages and scripting languages. Heavy Directory Services knowledge necessary. Working knowledge and experience in JavaScript, Java Coding, SQL, DB2, Web Services, LDAP, XML, Active Directory and TDI; J2EE experience a strong plus. Specific training and certifications is a plus. Experience with detailed requirements gathering and documentation, writing approach documents, whitepapers, and design documents. The individual needs to be self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team. Candidates must have exceptional technical skills including related certification or equivalent. Minimum Core Competencies: A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a technology related field.
