Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) using WebSphere Message Broker middleware technology. WMQ, XML, and MQ Series knowledge is required. Must have good written and verbal communications The ability to analyze, evaluate, and solve problems of a difficult procedural, or technical nature is required. Working knowledge of MS Office and experience with presentation and diagramming tools is required. Highly self motivated, results oriented with strong personal organization skills. *Necessary Skills:* Provide technical expertise to IT project and support teams in applications integration utilizing the Websphere Business Integration Broker and MQ Series tools. Work with various vendors, business partners, and areas of Manpower to design and architect technology solutions to meet Manpower’s business needs. As a leader, engages internal and external department members, demonstrates strong personal integrity, and maintains a focus on delivery of results. Insure that each deliverable is of high quality. This includes reliability, completeness, accuracy, and full satisfaction of the targeted business needs. Learns and demonstrate expertise in the development methodology employed at Manpower to develop and enhance software applications. Consistently demonstrate a propensity to define and pursue creative (i.e., out-of-the-box) technical solutions to problems. Insure that the long term viability of the system is considered when technical decisions are made, not just the quickest solution to implement. Lead or provide assistance to the resolution of complex problems. Demonstrated ability to effectively progress a business problem through the Analysis and Business Design phases.
