They will be responsible for Loading the Hyperion application, trouble shooting and patching during development. This is not a development position!!!!! The right candidate will have installation, configuration and heavy administration experience. They will be troubleshooting the application and operating system being used. Some database administration knowledge is needed for integration purposes with Oracle DB's. Must have experience working and good knowledge of UNIX operating systems. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Six years of extensive experience installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and troubleshooting Oracles Hyperion EPM Modules 9.3.1/11.1.1.3/11.1.2 in Windows, UNIX and Linux environments. Deep knowledge of application administration and database administration, specifically Oracle Database. Deep understanding of Hyperion components; RDBMS, Weblogic, Application or Application Server suite of products. Strong Database Administration skills with Oracle 8i, 9i, 10g, 11g. MS SQL Server DB and\or DB2 DB is a plus. Experience integrating Hyperion EPM with other applications. Experience in troubleshooting issues for Hyperion EPM Clients such as EAS, Essbase Client, Excel Add-in, FR Reporting Studio, and server type applications like Essbase, Planning, Foundation Services, EPMA Architect, Profitability and Cost Management, DRM, FDQM, SmartView, etc.. Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance Basic networking knowledge is required. Proven skills as a team member on at least two or more full cycle implementations. A minimum of a Bachelors degree is desired. Ideal candidates will have experience with three or more of the following technologies: Oracle RDBMS o Oracle Installation Oracle 9i/10g/11g database Database design; data modeling (logical design) Database creation; Basic DBA skills (physical design) Oracle Programming Skills (SQL, PL/SQL) Understanding of tools to manipulate data Backup and Recovery Principles Performance Tuning Oracle Hyperion EPMA Hyperion Installation version 9x, 11x and latest release 11.1.2. Hyperion Client Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting Administration of Hyperion EPMA Environments Patching Cloning Performance Tuning Troubleshooting of issues around Hyperion Servers, Weblogic Application Server, and Hyperion Client based tools. Oracle Application server Portal Enterprise Integration Web Services J2EE and web applications Oracle Products and Others Deep knowledge of UNIX and Windows Operating system. Strong programming skills in Shell and batch scripting.
