MINIMUM Need is for a contractor SAP CRM-ABAP configurator - **4+ years US Experience** * * *Phase I:* * * The initial conversion will be the following areas: 1. Contact Center with FAQ 2. Email 3. Redirection 4. Customer Contact 5. Info and Ticketing *Phase II:* * * Once Phase I is up and running (estimated 6 months) the client will evaluate the Marketing piece. A consultant having *CRM-ABAP AND Marketing experience* will be extended another 12+ months (ongoing) *MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:*** * * ***Communication skills ARE KEY!!
