*Please response on [email protected] for quick response with some following details:-* *Resume:* *Availability:* *Rate:* *Present Location:* *Face to Face after telephonic (Y/N):* *Contact number :* *Relocation (Y/N):* *Email ID:* *Visa Status:* *Looking only GC or USC * *Location: Woodlawn MD * *Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire* *Rate: Open* This position is for * Business Analyst with (Change Management Experience) ** *Please find the complete details below. *Job Description* *Roles and Responsibilities:* · Support Change Control Board (CCB) through attendance at meetings, preparation of notes, coordination amongst stakeholders, and more. · Analyze decisions made in meetings and apply these decisions to documentation and process changes. · Conduct, organize, and schedule Early Involvement Calls between business owners and maintainers. · Review Change Requests (CRs) for key information, identifying whether more detail is needed and where that information can be obtained. · Develop documents from medium to high complexity, including flow diagrams, process models, etc. · Coordinate with technical development teams to ensure understanding of CR impact to environment. · Provide clear description of problems/issues consisting of medium to high complexity. · Facilitate meetings and discussions with internal and external clients of the organization. · Perform detail problem analysis and recommend/provide business solution. · Work independently, without direct supervision and deliver quality results. · Anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest various solutions. · Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues. · Review work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement. *Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * * * · * **3+ years of Business Analyst experience, with direct and extensive experience with Change Control Boards and Change Management. * *· 2+ years of experience with client interaction for requirement gathering, preferably Federal government * *· 2+ years of experience creating documents related to requirement and business process * · Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience · Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: · An understanding of the change management process. · A solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Knowledge of Adobe Professional a plus. · Knowledge of MKS software product a plus. · Ability to conduct a meeting and write/edit meeting minutes. · Organized, efficient, self-starter familiar with the SDLC. · Professional, with excellent people skills.
