Basic Technical knowledge in AS400 - File management, AS400 queries, STRSQL
etc.
Experience Required
:
At least 5 years Experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
:
1. Coordinate with the business teams, including Director and Manager
level executives, to understand and document high level business
requirements.
2. Analyze current system by executing different scenarios pertaining to
the requirements.
3. Coordinate with the IT team to design and document functional
requirements.
4. Support creating and validation of QA test plans and results.
5. Review the business and functional requirements with both the
business and the IT teams and follow-up with them to get their approvals.
6. Transition the requirements to the offshore and the onsite
development teams.
7. Provide support with the business and requirements related questions
to the IT team during the development and the system testing phases.
8. Provide status of the current projects to the project manager and to
the BA manager on a regular basis.
9. Liaison between IS functional area and Business for issue resolution.
10. Schedules and Leads the handoff meeting to development
11. Participates in the handoff meeting from development to quality
assurance.
