This team will develop and manage a suite of solutions which are designed to empower our customers and put them in charge. These include vsafe, secure messaging and e-documents solutions. This team will also focus on developing strategies for cross channel integration providing a consistent experience the customer’s preferred channels. Our goal is to increase online engagement and customer profitability by empowering the customer to directly acquire new services and capabilities for their accounts and to manage online. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). *You will be responsible for creating business requirements through Use Cases, Business Rules and Messages, Supplemental Specifications and UI Design Specifications for the largest and most complex* *projects*. You will be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle. You will work directly with representatives of all organizational areas.
