The intent is to fast track the development of the customizations required for the Global Windows Patching solution. They will be designing, developing, testing and implementing an SCCM based Server Patch solution that confirms to client Security guidelines. Position involves engineering, test, implementation, and documentation to align with the overall patching strategy. - Continuously interface with Engineering and implementation teams. - Develop Design and User documentation for solution developed. - Cross Train engineering team on solutions. - Transition and training of solution to client staff. . Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM. Expertise with primary site, secondary site, component servers and all client components. . Expertise developing integration to SCCM. Familiarity with SDK. Thorough understanding of the database . schema of SCCM. Experienced with various methods of SMS/SCCM reporting and all SDKs. . Hands on knowledge of the following technologies: SCCM 2007, WSUS, MBSA, DCM, OSD, Windows installer, MSI and Wise Package Studio. IIS setup and administration. . Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008. Prior experience with Transact SQL language and stored procedures programming. . Familiarity patching Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2. . Prior experience developing in Microsoft Visual Studio, .Net, Visual Basic, VBScript, JavaScript, ASP, HTML, DHTML, XML, ADSI, WMI, Visual C/C++ . Familiarity with Windows Networking including TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP and SNMP. . Experience integrating with Active Directory, Group Policies and Windows Registry. . Strong communication skills. Must be able to work with various Engineering teams. . Document and train teams on solution developed.
