Oracle tool- OATS - Oracle Apps. Test Suite - to help with the Volume.
Load, and Stress testing- for both the Batch and Online environments/
concurrent processes, etc..

*Minimum Requirements: *
Implementing the full suite of Oracle EBS Financials and HRMS - release 12
in an Oracle On Demand environment
Need a leader/ PM type - to help with the - Strategy and Management
planning
The Oracle business apps. Test cases are written (How to do billing,
revenue recognition, etc…)
No need for DBA type to do tuning, or database diagnostics, etc…
This is all Planning and management of the Oracle apps. testing. (to
simulate production)
There is a new Oracle tool- *OATS *- Oracle Apps. Test Suite - to help
with the Volume. Load, and Stress testing- for both the Batch and Online
environments/ concurrent processes, etc..
*SUMMARY ***
· Extensive experience with the assessment, scoping and sizing QA
projects.
· Skilled in the evaluation and selection of areas to automate to
attain the best ROI.
· Seasoned QA Test/Program manager for projects large and small.
· Experience with Rational Functional Tester, TestComplete, iTKO's
LISA, Oracle Application Test Suite (OATS), Mercury Quality Center (QC) /
Quick Test Pro (QTP) LoadRunner, and other automation tools/methods
· Experience with test case creation, test case execution, and
defect logs for all phases of testing: unit, system, integration, UAT,
stress, load, performance, and regression
· Experience with Defect tracking tools including ClearQuest, Jira,
Test Bugzilla, Quality Center
· Understanding of HTML, XML, Flash, Flex, PERL, ASP, .NET, RPG,
VMS, Visual Basic, Java.
· Knowledge of System/Server Hardware including Dell, HP, IBM, IBM
iSeries, AS400 Etc.
· Long Successful track record as a Test Manager leading QA/Test
teams; building and managing teams of top-notch professionals.
· ASTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level (CTFL)
· Worked in many types of development environment and processes
(Agile, CMM CMMI etc)
· Knowledge of host to storage connectivity and all devices along
that path (Fiber channel and SCSI).
· Experience with the configuration and testing TCP/IP networks and
associated hardware/software
· Knowledge of several operating systems (Windows, Linux, AIX,
OS/390, MVS, VMS, etc.)
· Knowledge of relational databases and PL/SQL, MS SQL, Oracle, and
some Sybase
· Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel, SAP etc.
· Ability to Provide Technical guidance for test methods, test plan,
development and results analysis.
· Understanding of source Control tools including Perforce including
VSS, CVS, Clearcase etc
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with
people at all disciplines.
· Excellent communication, team building and motivational skills.
