This must involve a thorough consideration of all implications of these requirements to the business, including the identification of any potential issues or functional omissions* *Fully document the analysis carried out, (this may include for example gap analysis, the production of process flows, use cases and scenarios) Fully explain all diagrams and models to the business representative and end user, ensuring that they match the business requirements* *Identify analysis and design issues/risks on a timely basis and escalates to the project manager as appropriate* *Be the ‘translator’ between the business and IT, providing business expertise to development staff, clarifying algorithms etc. as required * *Assist in the preparation and execution of SIT, UAT, user procedures and training packs* *As in all business analysis roles, a high degree of flexibility is required.
