This person would have to be able to provide highly skilled project management and team mentoring tasks in the role. A Systems Admin with no experience with management and planning would not fit this role. Initatives: Exchange 2007 upgrade Virus updating and planning Deployment of new versions of the Windows environment Create process for initiatives Creating a team environment and guiding the customer The ideal person would be technical as well as have great project management skills.
