Job title : SAP ABAP Programmer Analyst

PHONE INTERVIEW
A minimum requirement of five (5) years of ABAP programming and print
workbench experience. Candidate will be asked to provide ABAP programming
support as well as to evaluate business needs and develop a technical design.
Candidate must be able to develop, test, debug and document ABAP programs
related to CCS module.
Candidate must possess superior communication and interpersonal skills as
he/she will be called upon to work with various users and stakeholders of the
system, particularly in the gathering of requirements.
Ability to work in a team environment with both employees and
consultants is a must
o Candidates must be prepared to participate in fast track knowledge
transfer of complex environment from number of highly experienced consultants
o Must have experience in designing, implementing and supporting
complex reports
o Procedures and anticipating and resolving potential issues.
o Ability to work directly with highly experienced user community
to gather user requirements
o trouble shoot production issues related to reports, workbooks and
queries
o Must have the ability to communicate effectively across many
different levels of technical and business acumen.
o Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
o Ability to understand business rules governing financial and
budgeting process
o Must have strong SAP R/3 experience.
o Strong analytical skills focused on creating optimal solutions
