To enable the growth we are inviting applications from experienced/non experienced candidates who wish to join us as Executive Recruiter, Senior Recruiter in our Noida office. The ideal candidate would have analytical skills, ethical standards and high creativity. Also, should have strategic inclination and should be capable of negotiating decisively with a client/candidate. Experience: 6 months to 2 years. Location: Noida. Education: Any Graduate - Any Specialization. Desired Candidate Profile: We are looking for a resource that is seasoned in US IT recruitment who can generate results. Should have 6+ months of experience in end to end US IT recruitments Experience with US tax terms such as contract, contract-hire, corp-corp etc. Experience in negotiating the rates and gather all the details like contacts, references for every submission Job Descriptions: Need an IT Recruiter with US staffing experience of 6 months to 2 years with excellent communication and writing skills. 1. The Recruiter should have at least 6 months years US recruiting experience. 2. Ability to deal with Clients/vendors/candidates professionally and negotiate rates 3. Full life-cycle recruiting experience. 4. Prior experience to utilize several recruiting sources including postings, internet, networking, and referrals. 5. Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the Business Unit. 6. The candidate must have effective sourcing techniques, good closing skills, proven ability to recruit hard to find skill sets with a high submittal-to-hire ratio. 7. We are seeking candidates with a previous track record of success. 8. High energy individuals, Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment 9. Experience in marketing bench candidates is must 10. Good command over English (speak and write) experience in handling vendors and familier with IT market.
