Ensure user readiness plans are populated – milestones and tasks. Obtain input from sub-stream and IT leaders and ensure plans meet expectations. b. Integrate user readiness plan with technical plan. Ensure no conflicts, and dependencies are identified. Coordinate with IT PM to synchronize the user readiness plan with IT plan. c. Update plan changes weekly – input from technical lead, stream and business resources. d. Load resource plan for user readiness activities. Work with resource owners and stream resources to request resource with suitable lead time. Track resource availability and work with resource owners to resolve any conflicts. e. Communicate upcoming and past due tasks/milestones. Gain a deep understanding of each project to effectively manage risk. f. Ensure milestones and tasks get completed with sufficient quality and on time. Drive task accomplishment through interaction with task owners. g. Attend project meetings and maintain action item log. Follow up on action items with team members. h. Perform change impact analysis and monitor impacts to resolution 1. Coordinate with substream leads to plan change impact capture events 2. Capture all change impacts in a single change impact tracking tool 3. Coordinate prioritization of change impacts 4. Support substreams and business representatives with change impact action planning work 5. Monitor progress, maintain tracker, escalate issues as needed i. Help on execution of user readiness tasks including: 1. Communication plan development and execution 2. Control validation 3. Reporting and data validation tasks j. Maintain project documentation relevant to user readiness. k. Provide weekly communication to project team on project status, issues, and risks. l. Assist in logistical planning as needed. m. Complete all other user readiness tasks as needed/assigned. n. Contribute to the development of best practices and tools for project execution.
